Hotel Statler supper menu

The Hotel Statler opened in 1917, offering a rooftop garden, restaurant, and ballroom with music by the Statler Dance Orchestra. Hotel guests and visitors could dine on an incredible variety of trendy dishes, including lobster thermidor, terrine de foie gras, and beluga caviar.
